Enquiries & quotes

Prices, capacities, and savings estimates shown on this site are indicative. A binding quote is provided only after a site visit or water test, and is valid for the period stated on the quote.

Installation & warranty

Installations are carried out by our certified technicians. Product warranties are those of the manufacturer; service and workmanship terms are set out in your invoice and any annual maintenance contract (AMC) you sign with us.

Performance estimates

Water-quality results depend on your input supply: the same system can perform differently on different source water. Any TDS readings or capacity figures we quote are indicative of typical outcomes, not guarantees.

Your responsibilities

Please provide safe access for surveys and service, and operate systems as advised. Using non-genuine filters or unapproved modifications may void warranty or service cover.
